The Berkeley is an inviting, socially active retirement community for seniors. We offer an independent lifestyle with the support of included benefits such as full-service dining, weekly housekeeping, flat linen laundry and daily activities. Our residents have made the choice to move to The Berkeley knowing that the retirement lifestyle supports optimal health and wellness as well as independence. It is also a strategic decision aimed at preparing for the future. We offer a continuum of care to support our residents’ needs with respect and consideration. We can provide personal care if and when it is needed, along with other additional and supportive services such as personal laundry, medication administration, and foot care, to name a few. Our intention is to provide residents with exactly enough support to live life on their own terms.
Our Respite Care is an all-inclusive temporary solution for those who need assistance on a short-term basis after surgery, for instance. We also offer Trial Stays in furnished apartments for 1-3 months as an opportunity to experience the many benefits and included services enjoyed by residents of The Berkeley.

Before becoming a resident of The Berkeley, a health assessment is required to ensure we can meet your individual needs. We are here to assist our residents age comfortably so they can fully enjoy their retirement years. Residents typically move in needing only the support of a chore-free lifestyle. As time goes on, there may be a need for assistance from a health care provider.
Memory Care
At The Berkeley on Pepperell, we offer Memory Care for those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. Our goal is to provide an individualized plan of care that allows for a very good quality of life. Our dedicated health care staff ensure that those who call The Berkeley home receive kind and compassionate care.
